23-week Bailey HUNDO Race Training Plan $209-Rob Lockey USA Cycling L2/CSCS
Starts on January 7th. Based on an average 10-15 hours per week commitment with a few weeks of up to 18 hours. Choose this plan if you plan to race a 100 mile mountain bike event. Highlights of the plan include: A cycling field test to estimate training zones, core maintenance workouts and strength training program.
