12-week Denver Century Ride Training Plan $108-Adam Fivehouse USA Cycling L3
Based on an average 6-8 hours per week commitment with a maximum build to 10 hours. This plan is designed with 62 mile participants in mind or those 85mi and 100mi century participants on a time crunch. Enjoy your day in the saddle more knowing that you have the fitness to conquer what lies ahead.
Highlights of the plan include: A cycling field test to estimate training zones, core maintenance workouts and strength training program.
